Ingredients:
Base:
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or biscuits
5 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Strawberry Layer:
2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped or puréed)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp gelatin + 3 tbsp water
Vanilla Mousse:
1 ½ cups heavy cream (cold)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
Topping (Optional):
Fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
White chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar. Press
into a springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
Bloom gelatin in water, then gently melt.
Cook strawberries with sugar for a few minutes until soft,
then blend if desired. Stir in gelatin and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add
powdered sugar and vanilla.
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold
into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread vanilla mousse over the chilled crust and smooth
the top.
Carefully pour strawberry layer on top.
Refrigerate for 5–6 hours or until fully set.
Decorate with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and
white chocolate before serving.
Tips:
Make sure the strawberry layer is cool before pouring to
keep clean layers.
Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
Add crushed cookies between layers for extra crunch
