Cauliflower Cutlets



Ingredients
500 g cauliflower
1 egg
2 slices white bread
50 ml milk
1/4 cup flour
1 bunch dill
vegetable oil
cheese
ground black pepper

For the cheese sauce:
200 g processed cheese
3/4 cup 25% cream

Soak the bread in milk for 20 minutes. Squeeze and crumble. Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Drain and cool the cauliflower.

Chop the cauliflower until finely chopped. Finely chop the dill. Mix the cauliflower with the egg, bread, flour, dill, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place the mixture (1 patty = 1 tablespoon) in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Preparing the sauce: Add the cream and cheese to the pan. Heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until smooth. Remove from heat. Serve the patties with the cheese sauce.
