Ingredients
Broccoli 450g
Potatoes 5
Onions 2
Bacon 150g
Chicken 100g
Cream 33% 150g
Eggs 2
Cheese 100g
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
Boil the broccoli in boiling salted water until half-cooked, then rinse with cold water. Drain. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and slice thinly.
Cut the bacon into strips and fry without oil with finely chopped onion. Add the boiled chicken. Layer the potatoes, bacon, onions, chicken, and broccoli in an ovenproof dish.
Whisk the cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the casserole. Mix the cheese with the breadcrumbs and sugar and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
