Baked Potatoes with Chicken



Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 g
Chicken 1000 g
Garlic 6 cloves
Olive oil 1/3 cup
Smoked paprika 2 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Tarragon 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Wash the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt inside and out. Peel and chop the potatoes. Mix all the marinade ingredients. Rub the chicken and coat the potatoes with the marinade. Tie the legs and wings, tuck them behind the back, and let them rest for 1 hour.

 Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish, pour 50 ml of water around the edges, cover with foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes, basting with the remaining broth. Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley. Serve with a salad and natural yogurt.
