Ingredients
7 hunting sausages
2 onions
400 g cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch basil
Pepper
Salt
Preheat oven to 170°C (350°F). Cut the onion into several wedges, like a watermelon, and thinly slice the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and place in a baking dish. Place the sausages in the dish, distributing the onions evenly among them. Bake for 15 minutes.
Then remove from the oven, top with the tomatoes, drizzle with vinegar, and toss to coat with the oil and vinegar sauce. After 10-15 minutes, when the tomatoes are baked, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with basil.
