Potatoes 6
Cottage Cheese 500g
Butter 100g
Eggs 2
Yogurt 250ml
Whisk the cottage cheese with softened butter, salt, and pepper until smooth. If the cottage cheese is very thick, strain it through a sieve first. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices.
Place a third of the potato slices in a greased pan, then spread a third of the cottage cheese mixture on top. Top with another third of the potatoes and cottage cheese. Add the remaining potatoes and cottage cheese, smoothing the surface with a damp spatula. Cover the pan with foil, tucking in the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the foil.
Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C. Beat the eggs with the yogurt, salt, and pepper until lightly foamy.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
