Ingredients
Potatoes 500 g
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Mustard 3 tsp
Red pepper flakes 2 tsp
Garlic 1 head
Salt to taste
Parsley
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. If using new potatoes, simply wash them thoroughly. Prepare the marinade in a deep bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, salt, and chili pepper. Add the potatoes to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and pour in the remaining marinade. Add a whole, unpeeled head of garlic and cover the baking sheet with foil.
Place everything in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. The potatoes should be as browned as in the photo. Remove the garlic and serve. Sprinkle the potatoes with chopped parsley.
