Beef (pulp) 500 g

Egg 1
Flour 2 tsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Mushroom Sauce 1.5 cups
Ground Black Pepper

For the mince, mince the meat, season with salt and pepper, mix with chopped onion, partially fried in vegetable oil, and fry.
Boil the peeled potatoes, mince them, add the egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper. If the mixture is too thick, add broth, sour cream, or cream and mix well.
Divide the mixture into small patties and spread the mince on them. Form the patties, coat them in flour, and fry them in the remaining vegetable oil. Serve the potato pancakes with mushroom sauce.
