Ground Meat 250g
Carrots 1
Onions 2
Tomato Paste 1.5 tbsp
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Allspice
Garlic
Wash and peel the potatoes. Remove the cores, using a special knife. Salt the ground meat, add garlic, black pepper, and allspice.
Stuff the potatoes with the ground meat, place them in a saucepan with the removed cores, cover with hot water, and simmer over low heat.
Meanwhile, sauté the onions and carrots. At the end of the sautéing, add the tomato paste and a little water. When the potatoes are half-cooked, add the sautéed mixture and simmer until tender. Serve with gravy and herbs.
