Stuffed Potatoes with Ham and Cheese



Ingredients
Potatoes 6
Ham 150 g
Onion 1
Parsley to taste
Butter 1 tbsp
Ground red pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cheese 50 g
Green onions to taste
Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1

These stuffed potatoes can be served as a separate dish or as a delicious holiday side dish. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Chop the green onions and parsley. Dice the ham and onion and fry them in butter. Then mix the fried mixture with chopped parsley, cheese, and green onions.

Cut the potatoes in half, peel them first, and scoop out the pulp. Dice the potato flesh. Mix with the cheese and ham. Mix thoroughly but carefully, season with salt and pepper.

Fill the potato halves with the mixture, combine them, and coat them in flour, then in egg, then in flour. Deep-fry the potatoes until golden brown. You'll get tender potatoes with a crispy crust.
