Ingredients
Potatoes 4
Creamy Cream 35% 1/3 cup
Olive Oil 60 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Cottage Cheese 1/4 cup
Green Onions 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, place the cream, butter, and garlic in a small saucepan and set over low heat. Turn off the heat as soon as the mixture begins to boil. Mash the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and mash again. Add the cottage cheese (if using coarse cottage cheese, blend it until smooth and creamy) and chopped green onions, then add salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
