Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Canned chili pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Fresh basil 50 ml
Salsa sauce 300 ml
Rinse the potatoes and, without peeling them, cut them into wedges.
Pour the vegetable oil, chili sauce, and other spices into a tall bowl. Add the potato wedges. Cover the bowl with a plate and shake thoroughly to evenly mix the spices and coat the potatoes.
Place the potato wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (225 degrees Celsius) for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the tomato salsa. Combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and the prepared salsa. Serve with the hot potatoes.
