Ingredients
Farfalle pasta 300g
Salmon (fillet) 2 pcs
Cheese 200g
Creaming cream 20% 150g
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 50g
Salt
Ground black pepper
Bring the pasta to a boil and prepare the sauce. Remove the fish from the bone and cut into pieces. Cut the cheese into cubes. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, crush the garlic with a knife, and drop it into the oil. After about 30 seconds, remove the garlic and add the fish.
Fry, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes. Pour in the cream and continue stirring. When the cream boils, add the cheese, season lightly with pepper (don't overdo it), and simmer the sauce for another five minutes, stirring constantly.
Arrange the pasta on plates, generously drizzle with sauce, and serve immediately.
