Pot Roast



Ingredients
Potatoes 3
Beef 250g
Carrots 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Bell pepper 1/2
Herbs
Garlic 1 clove
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Salt
Black peppercorns
Spices

Cut the meat into portions, season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the onion and carrot and lightly sauté.

Add the chopped meat and fry until half-cooked. Chop the potatoes, tomatoes, and bell pepper, add finely chopped herbs. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan, add the meat seasoning, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

Place the meat in the pots, then the vegetables, top with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, and crushed garlic. 
Pour a small amount of water and spices into the pot (about halfway up). To preserve the flavor, place a layer of foil under the lid.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
