Ingredients
Chicken (breast) 250g
Mushrooms 300g
Onion 1
Cheese 200g
Cream 100g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chop the boiled chicken, onion, and mushrooms into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil for about 5-7 minutes, then add the meat.
Immediately season with salt and pepper, pour in the cream or sour cream. Reduce heat and cook for a couple more minutes; if adding cream, cook a little longer until it thickens; if adding sour cream, cook for about 1 minute.
Grate the cheese. Mix the finished sauce with half of the cheese.
Place in ovenproof dishes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Garnish with herbs when serving.
There are variations of this recipe: If desired, you can add a mixture of Provencal herbs. Julienne can also be made without chicken, simply with mushrooms.
