Porcini mushrooms 100 g

Butter to taste
Flour 600 g
Water 150 ml

Soak the prepared mushrooms in milk until completely soft, then boil them in salted water. Drain the mushrooms. Finely dice the mushrooms and mix with finely chopped onions fried in butter.
Knead the dough to a medium consistency, roll out to a thickness of 2 mm, and cut into 5 cm squares. Lightly brush each with beaten egg and form into vareniki. Boil the vareniki, drain in a sieve, and transfer to a saucepan.
Then drizzle with melted butter, bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes, and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
