Baked Potatoes with Turkey and Cheese



Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 g
Turkey (fillet) 500 g
Cheese 200 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt
Seasons

Rinse the turkey fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces, salt, and fry until half-cooked. Place in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish. Peel the potatoes and cut into rings about 0.4 cm thick.

Lay them in layers on top of the turkey fillet, making sure the top layer just falls short of the edge of the dish. Salt and season each layer.

Tip: Avoid layering too many, as the potatoes will take a long time to cook. Mix the mayonnaise with the milk and brush the potatoes over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
