Squid and Mushroom Julienne



Ingredients
4 squid
2 handfuls mushrooms
1 onion
mayonnaise
sour cream
cheese

Clean the squid while it's still warm (this makes it easier to peel), then boil the mushrooms. Cut the squid into strips and finely chop the onion. Fry the squid, mushrooms, and onion in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes, no more (otherwise the squid will be rubbery).

Pour the fried mixture into a glass ovenproof dish with high edges (or another suitable dish). Pour in a 1:1 mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

We recommend not overdoing the salt. The mayonnaise adds enough salt. Place in the oven. Once it boils, let it cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
