The proportions aren't particularly important, so add as desired.
Cut the potatoes, onion, carrots, and bell pepper into small cubes. Cut the meat into strips, and chop the mushrooms into large pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Fry the meat in sunflower oil for 10-15 minutes, then add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Simmer in a frying pan for 10-15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Place the chopped potatoes in the pots, then add the stewed meat and mushrooms. Pour salted meat broth or hot water over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pots in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
