Ingredients
Salmon (fillet) 500 g
Cauliflower 300 g
Broccoli 300 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Cream 100 ml
Eggs 4
Basil 1 tsp
Butter
Salt
Ground allspice
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a high-sided baking dish with butter. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, add salt, and cook the broccoli and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes, or until half-cooked. Then drain the vegetables in a colander. Cut the salmon fillet into 1.5-2 cm thick pieces.
Make the sauce: Combine the eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese in a deep bowl. Whisk the mixture thoroughly with a whisk or fork. Season with salt, pepper, and basil, and stir.
Place the cooked cabbage and sliced fish in the prepared dish. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve the casserole 🔥.
