Irresistible Strawberry Cake Recipe 🍰

 



Ingredients:  

- 2 cups all-purpose flour  

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened  

- 3 large eggs  

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed  

- 1 teaspoon baking powder  

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda  

- 1/2 teaspoon salt  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1/2 cup milk  


Directions:  

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour

a 9-inch round cake pan.  

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking

powder, baking soda, and salt.  

3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light

and fluffy.  

4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla

extract and strawberry puree.  

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet

ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just

combined.  

6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for

30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the

center comes out clean.  

7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then

transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:  

- For a twist, fold in fresh strawberry slices into the batter

before baking for added texture.  

- If fresh strawberries are out of season, substitute with

frozen ones that have been thawed and drained.

cream and extra strawberry slices for a fresh, fruity

finish.
