Strawberry Red Velvet Cheesecake Recipe 🍰❤️

 



Ingredients:  

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted  

- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened  

- 1 cup granulated sugar  

- 1 cup sour cream  

- 3 large eggs  

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder  

- 1 tablespoon red food coloring  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped  

- 1/2 cup strawberry puree (from fresh strawberries)  

- Optional: Whipped cream and extra strawberries for

garnish  


Directions:  

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch

springform pan and line the bottom with parchment

paper.  

2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs

and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture

firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the

crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.  

3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and

sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream,

eggs, cocoa powder, red food coloring, and vanilla

extract, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and strawberry

puree.  

4. Pour the batter over the cooled crust in the pan.

Smooth the top with a spatula.  

5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but

still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the

cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1

hour.  

6. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4

hours or overnight to fully set. Slice and serve with

whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.

Tips:  

- For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cream cheese

and Greek yogurt for the sour cream to reduce calories

while keeping it creamy.  

- Enhance the strawberry flavor by adding a layer of

strawberry jam on the crust before pouring in the batter,

or top with fresh strawberry slices for extra freshness.  

- If you prefer a gluten-free option, use gluten-free

graham crackers for the crust and ensure all other

ingredients are certified gluten-free.
