Ingredients
Lightly salted herring 300 g
Celery (stalks) 50 g
Apple 1
Sour cream 150 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cranberries 30 g
Cut the lightly salted herring fillet into pieces approximately 1 x 2 cm.
Chop the celery, making about 5 stalks.
Peel and core the apple, and cut into small wedges.
Mix all ingredients, season with sour cream, and season with salt to taste. Arrange on a plate and garnish with cranberries.
