Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1 orange
100 g shrimp
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon orange juice
Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Defrost the shrimp and blanch them (for 1-2 minutes), cool, and peel.
Peel the orange, separate into segments, remove the membranes, and cut into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix the orange juice with the olive oil and dress the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
