Ingredients
1 beetroot
150g mayonnaise
100g prunes
100g cheese
40g walnuts
1 carrot
6 eggs
Soak the prunes. Coarsely grate 3 eggs, cheese, carrots, and beets. Add finely chopped prunes and crushed nuts. Dress with mayonnaise. Arrange the salad in a figure-eight pattern, using glasses if desired. For garnish, paint 3 eggs with beetroot juice and cut a cross at the pointed end.
