Squid 300 g
Crab sticks 200 g
Eggs 5
Red caviar 130 g
Mayonnaise
Boil the eggs, cool, separate the whites from the yolks, and chop the whites. You can save the yolks for garnish.
Boil the shrimp in lightly salted water. Then, drop the squid, previously cut into rings, into the boiling water. It's important not to overcook them, otherwise they'll turn out rubbery!
Chop the crab sticks. Now add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, stir, and only then add the red caviar (to prevent it from bursting). Salt and pepper to taste, but I recommend adding the salt after mixing everything together, as the caviar and mayonnaise can add a lot of salt.
