Ingredients
16 Conchiglioni Pasta
150g Shrimp
1 Cucumber
1/2 Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 Sprigs Basil
Salt
First, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Then drain and let cool. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and cook the shrimp. Peel and chop them. Cut the cucumber and pepper into equal cubes. Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt. Now place the salad in the shells.
Make the sauce. Combine the mayonnaise and basil in a blender. Garnish with a splash of sauce and fresh herbs.
