Ingredients
Tomatoes 3
Chicken (breast) 500 g
Cheese 150 g
Red beans 1 can
Lettuce
Croutons
Mayonnaise

Finely chop the tomato and lettuce. Grate the cheese. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated. You can lightly fry it if desired. Mix all the chopped and prepared ingredients, season with mayonnaise (or sour cream). Serve the salad sprinkled with croutons.
