Ingredients
1 beetroot
1 carrot
Cabbage
Greens
Celery (stalks)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
Grate the peeled raw vegetables on a coarse grater, finely chop the cabbage and greens. Mix and dress with lemon juice and olive oil, adding a tablespoon of water (this will make the salad juicier).
