Ingredients
4 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
1 bell pepper
1 white onion
200 g feta cheese
5 sprigs parsley
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Cut the cucumbers into medium cubes.
Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers in the same way.
Cut the onion into quarters. Finely chop the parsley. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add a little lemon juice or white wine vinegar. Stir.
Place the salad in individual bowls, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with herbs.
