Ingredients
Green beans 500g
Cherry tomatoes 250g
For the dressing:
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Lime zest 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper
For the dressing, combine all ingredients. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Boil the green beans in salted water. Drain and plunge the beans into a bowl of ice water to preserve their color. Cut the tomatoes in half and mix with the beans.
Dress with the dressing and serve.
