Ingredients
200g smoked chicken
300g turkey fillet
2 bell peppers
100g walnuts
250g pineapple
2 tbsp raisins
mayonnaise
salt to taste
For garnish:
2 eggs
Herbs
Cucumber
Radish
Berries
Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Scald the raisins with boiling water. Cut the meat and peeled bell pepper into strips. Mix all ingredients, season to taste, and dress with mayonnaise.
You can arrange the salad in layers. Arrange the salad on a plate in the shape of an Easter egg. Grate the egg whites and yolks separately. Cover the salad with the egg whites, spread mayonnaise on top, then top with the yolk. Garnish the salad as shown in the photo.
