Ingredients
Bacon 50g
Green onion
Eggs 3
Lettuce
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Fry the bacon in a hot frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Remove the bacon from the pan and replace it with the eggs. Fry, stirring constantly.
Place the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, add the green onions (they can also be added when frying the eggs), the egg mixture, and the bacon. Stir and season with Worcestershire sauce.
A mustard dressing would also be great here. For it, mix equal parts mustard and olive oil. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
