Ingredients
1 bunch lettuce
1 cucumber
1 apple
2 potatoes
1 can canned tuna
1 can olives
olive oil
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise
Sour cream
Olive oil
Garlic
Lemon juice
Salt
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, pat dry with paper towels, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, spread on a baking sheet, and bake at 200°C (400°F) until tender. Cut the peeled apple and cucumber into similar cubes. Spread the sauce on a plate and top with the salad.
The potatoes are completely optional; it's up to you. You can also serve with boiled quail eggs.
Prepare the sauce: 1 part mayonnaise, 2 parts low-fat sour cream or yogurt, 1 part olive oil, a clove of crushed garlic, lemon juice to taste, salt and pepper.
