Ingredients
6 eggs
200 g lightly salted salmon
1 orange
3 tbsp olives
60 g cheese
Red caviar
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate. Finely chop the fish, peeled orange, and olives. Finely grate the cheese.
Layer the egg whites:
half the egg whites mixed with mayonnaise
yolks, mayonnaise
half the salmon, mayonnaise
olives
remaining salmon
cheese, mayonnaise
oranges
remaining egg whites with mayonnaise
caviar
Garnish with olives and egg.
