Cucumber, Radish, and Egg Salad

 


Ingredients

4 cucumbers

3 pickled cucumbers

1 onion

12 radishes

3 eggs

2 white bread

1 tbsp capers


For the dressing:

100 g sour cream

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

Lemon juice


Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Dice the bread and fry until golden brown. Thinly slice all the cucumbers. Do the same with the radishes.


Mix the yogurt with the mustard, add the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix the onion, cucumbers, radishes, and hard-boiled eggs. Add the bread (croutons), sprinkle with capers, and don't forget the dressing.
