Mandarin and Shrimp Salad

 


Ingredients

Mandarins 6

Shrimp 150g

Apple 1

Celery (greens) 100g

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Lemon 1/2

Lettuce

Parsley to taste

9% vinegar to taste

Salt


Boil the shrimp in salted water with vinegar and peel. Wash and peel the mandarins. Juice 2 peeled mandarins and mix it with mayonnaise to make the sauce. Divide the remaining mandarins into segments, then peel the segments.


Cut the apple in half, remove the core, peel the halves, and cut into wedges. Finely chop the celery. Wash lettuce leaves and line the bottom of a salad bowl.


Place peeled mandarin orange slices, shrimp, apple slices, and celery on top of the lettuce leaves and toss gently. Before serving, drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
