May Salad

 


Ingredients

Chicken (fillet) 500 g

Mushrooms 300 g

Canned green peas 400 g

Lemon juice

Dill

Mayonnaise

Salt

Vegetable oil


Boil the chicken fillet until tender (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool. Dice. Add lemon juice, stir, and let sit for 1 hour.


Clean and dice the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. Finely chop the dill. Combine the chicken fillet, peas (drain), mushrooms, dill, and season with a little salt. Season with mayonnaise.
