Ingredients
450g smoked chicken (breast)
4 potatoes
2 carrots
100g prunes
150g mayonnaise
150g walnuts
4 eggs
salt
Boil the vegetables and eggs and peel and shell them. Dice the chicken and prunes. Chop the walnuts. Lastly, dice the potatoes.
Now take a springform pan and begin making our salad. So, take the pan and begin layering the following:
1. Coarsely grated carrots, a thin layer of mayonnaise;
2. Half the cheese, finely grated, a thin layer of mayonnaise;
3. Half of the eggs, finely grated, with a thin layer of mayonnaise;
4. Half of the potatoes, generously coated with mayonnaise;
5. Half of the chopped walnuts;
6. Prunes;
7. Chicken, also generously coated with mayonnaise;
8. Potatoes, lightly salted and generously coated with mayonnaise;
9. The other half of the eggs, finely grated, with a thin layer of mayonnaise;
10. The remaining cheese, finely grated.
Decorate as desired. The salad is ready to eat in half an hour.
