Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 300 g
Ham 200 g
Cheese 150 g
Eggs 4
Potatoes 4
Pickled cucumber 2
Mushrooms 300 g
Onion 1
Mayonnaise
Salt
Boil the chicken fillet, eggs, and potatoes. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, fry with finely chopped onion, and drain in a colander.
Grate the potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the chicken fillet, eggs, ham, and cucumbers. Arrange the salad in layers in a salad bowl, adding salt and mayonnaise: potatoes, mushrooms, meat, pickled cucumber, ham, cheese, egg whites, and yolks.
Arrange "flowers" of olives, bell peppers, boiled carrots, and parsley on the salad, or garnish as desired.
