Ingredients
200g chicken fillet
2 pickled cucumbers
1 cucumber
2 eggs
50g walnuts
green onions
150g marinated mushrooms
For the dressing:
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
Salt
Pepper
Cut the chicken into cubes or strips. Cut the pickled and fresh cucumbers, eggs, and mushrooms into strips. Lightly crush the walnuts with your hands, but not too finely. You should be able to feel them in the salad. Finely chop the green onions. Combine all ingredients. Mix the sour cream with the mustard, add salt and pepper, and dress the salad.
