My mom and dad are divorced. I live with my mom, stepdad, and great-grandmother. I also have two cats and a dog. My great-grandmother was taken to the hospital, and my parents went to the country. I didn't want to sleep, so I watched TV and, as usual, sat down at the computer. What else does a modern teenager need? I chatted and read scary stories. My cats were sleeping peacefully on the computer desk, and the dog was lying at my feet. I ran out of juice, so I decided to go to the kitchen, poured myself some juice, and as I was walking back, I heard the doorbell ring. I wondered if my parents had forgotten something. Although if they had come back, they would have come back earlier; they left at 9, and it was 12. I didn't go to the door, I was scared. I called a friend on Skype. While we were talking, I heard the doorbell and a knock again. I was scared. If it had been relatives or friends, they would have called long ago. I grabbed the dog by the collar and went to the door. I looked through the peephole, and there was a girl who looked incredibly like my late aunt...
Honestly, I was terrified. She died a few years ago. How the hell could she have been there? I was scared, didn't open the door, and then I heard a voice, but it wasn't hers:
"Yulia, open the door, it's me."
I rushed into the room. Can you imagine how I felt? I didn't even turn off the computer. I turned on the light in the room, locked everything, and lay down on the bed, covering myself with the blanket. Terrified, I barely fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt someone hugging me. I closed my eyes and heard the voice again:
"I missed you."
I don't know, I didn't fall asleep; I probably lost consciousness from fear. But when I woke up, the icons weren't standing, they were lying there, and the room was a mess.
I was terrified and called a friend over. She stayed with me for two days until my parents arrived. Now I'm afraid to be alone...
