Make cross-cuts in the tomatoes, scoop out the cores with a teaspoon, and blanch them in boiling water.
Cut the hard-boiled eggs, cheese, and cucumber into small cubes. Cut the shrimp in half. Press the garlic twice through a garlic press, mix with the mayonnaise, and combine with the prepared salad ingredients.
Stuff the tulip tomatoes with the resulting mixture. Garnish the tulip salad as desired: lettuce leaves, spring onions, dill, or sorrel.
