Ingredients
200g ham
100g mushrooms
50g chips
2 eggs
100g Korean-style carrots
150g cheese
mayonnaise
egg yolk
Slice the mushrooms and ham into thin strips, coarsely grate the eggs, and chop the carrots shortly. Layer the salad: first the carrots, then the mushrooms, then the chips (crumbly), then the ham, cheese, and finally the eggs. Spread mayonnaise on each layer, including the top one. Make flowers from the chips and finely grated egg yolks and garnish the salad.
