Bean Salad


Ingredients
6 cups white beans
7 stalks of celery
1 onion
3 lemons
1 bunch of lettuce
110 g olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Boil the beans.


In a blender, puree the celery.


Finely chop the onion and lettuce. Combine the cooked beans with the celery, lettuce, and onion, dress with olive oil and the juice of 3 lemons. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.
