Ingredients

300 g red cabbage
1 apple
1/2 onion
Lettuce
2 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp hemp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Chop and dice all vegetables. Season and sprinkle with spices.
