Ingredients
4 tomatoes
1 red onion
1 green chili pepper
1 clove garlic
3 sprigs green onions
1 handful cilantro
Lime juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Dice the tomatoes. Remove the seeds from the peppers and finely chop. Chop the garlic.
Chop the onion.
Finely chop the green onions.
Then chop the cilantro.
Juice half a lime in a bowl.
Place the vegetables and herbs in the same bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, and oil. Mix well.
