Chicken and Avocado Salad Wraps


Ingredients
Chicken (breast) 400 g
Low-fat yogurt 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/3 bell pepper
2 tbsp raisins
Handful almonds
Lettuce
Cherry tomato
Avocado

Boil the chicken and chop.


Chop the bell pepper and almonds.


Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, honey, and salt. Add the pepper, almonds, and cranberries (or raisins).


Add the chicken. Mix all ingredients well.


Place on lettuce leaves. Garnish with avocado wedges and cherry tomatoes.
