Ingredients
350g mushrooms
150g cherry tomatoes
Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig rosemary
Pepper to taste
Fry the mushrooms and toss them in a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and ground pepper. Wash the remaining vegetables and arrange them on a plate. Top with the mushrooms and drizzle with the dressing.
