Ingredients
Cabbage 350 g
Carrots 2
Japanese Pear 1
Almonds
Sesame
For the dressing:
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Finely chop the vegetables. Toast the sliced almonds in the oven. For the dressing, combine and whisk all ingredients.
Toss the vegetables in a bowl with your hands and toss with the dressing.
